How-To : Redirect Your Blog To Custom Domain

Most of You use Blogger for blogging. If you are using "your.blogspot.in" and want to redirect it to your newly purchased domain then the whole post is for you.

Before going to read about the whole process, You have to purchase a domain if you don't have domain and want to purchase read this article.

Purchase a Domain for blogger 

Redirect Your Blog to Custom domain

Redirect to a custom domain is a good step to get easly AdSense approval,

To redirect your blogspot first of all you have to go to your blogger account,

Now go to My blog's Settings. Click Basic

See the above Image Click the Option- " +Set Up third-party URL for your blog " and write your domain name in Third-party domain setting like "http://www.YourDomain.com" ( in image as you see www.gadgetfizz.com is already typed you have to chane it by your domain name ) and Hit Enter for first time you will see this Error. 

Now you have to Go to your domain provide Domain manager and go to Manage DNS  

(Note : Don't matter If your domain provide is different from GoDaddy the process remain same with all domain provider. Here I use GoDaddy to manage my domain)

In the Manage DNS Click Add Record

In Record Type Choose "A (Host)" Now Add these 4 IP address With "Points To"

Use Add Another to add one by one

After adding all the A(Host) Remember to Click Save changes. 
Now Move on to blogger's Error message. here you found this Two most important values (note this values)

(Note: For every blog above values will be different) 

Now Switch your Browser tab and Move again to Manage DNS  and again Click Add Record now In Record Type Choose CName (Alias) and now Add the above two important Values one by one.

  
After adding all the CName (Alias) Remember to Click Save changes.

Now Go to your blogger account again and Type Your Domain address Again and Click save.

  

Now your blogspot address is successfully Redirected to your new custom Domain
